Big Sky Conference to use StatBroadcast for 2012 Basketball Championships

OGDEN, UTAH -- StatBroadcast Systems has partnered with the Big Sky Conference to provide its StatBroadcast live stats system and StatMonitr media stats technologies for the 2012 Big Sky Men's and Women's Basketball Championships. The semifinals and finals of the tournament are played on the campus of the respective regular season conference champion, with the men's tournament taking place on March 6 -7 at the University of Montana and the women's on March 8 - 10 at Idaho State University.

The Big Sky Conference is a Division I athletic conference that sponsors 14 sports, including FCS football. It's current nine members, and 11 members starting in Fall 2012, span the western states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

Conference members Montana, Portland State, NAU and Weber State are all current StatBroadcast partner universities.
